Kayleah Griffen
Co-founder of EYE
When Kayleah was younger she was always amazed with how things worked and asked enough questions to be dubbed the "Question Queen" by her second grade teacher, Mr. Luciano. Throughout middle school, Kayleah came to love math and science and decided to take on the Project Lead the Way Program when she got to high school. The PLTW classes that Kayleah took helped her discover her love for engineering. During her senior year Kayleah enjoyed the learning experience of developing EYE with Sara and the opportunity to work with so many creative children. She now feels privileged to be able to help Noelle and Grace with EYE by giving them advice and support. Kayleah currently attends WPI and is a Mechanical Engineering major with a minor in Electrical Engineering and Social Entrepreneurship. She is a Resident Advisor, the local projects chair of Global Humanitarian Alliance and volunteers at the African Center for Education.
